Financial Health Score
A score out of 100 made up of liquidity, profitability, cash flow, leverage, collection quality and financial compliance, assessed by sector.
Upload your documents and let AI CFO build your company's financial picture.
A finance manager assistant for SMEs that brings trial balances, e-invoices, bank statements and tax documents together, and calculates the financial health score, cash position and risks from verified data.

In most SMEs, the financial picture is a trial balance that arrives from the accountant at month-end; cash, receivables, taxes and risks stay scattered across documents. AI CFO brings these documents together in one place. When trial balances, e-invoices, bank statements, VAT and social security accruals are uploaded, the system recognises each document, assigns it to the right period, filters out duplicates and matches bank transactions with invoices.
Once the data is complete, managers get a financial health score out of 100, cash and profitability indicators, a 90-day cash view and alerts for unexplained transactions. All figures are calculated by rules from the uploaded documents; AI is used only to explain these verified figures and answer questions.

Drag and drop documents; type, period and amount are read automatically, and duplicates and out-of-period documents are set aside without being deleted.
A score is produced only when the period's required documents are complete; anything missing is shown by document name.
Bank transactions are matched with invoices, tax and social security payments; a transaction without a match is raised as an alert.
Income statement waterfall, balance sheet and working capital, current ratio, receivables ageing and collection period on one page.
Owner summary, detailed CFO, cash flow, tax and social security, profitability and incentive reports; monthly, 3, 6, 12-month or annual; PDF and a 16-sheet Excel file.
Each risk is opened as a record; its status is tracked, notes are added, it can be sent to the accountant in one click and every step is logged.
Answers questions such as “Why did cash fall this month?” with the company's verified figures; it does not make up numbers and says “no data” when data is missing.
Those who want to see the company's cash, profitability and risk position on one screen without building a finance team.
Those who want to speed up month-end checks, bank reconciliation and management reports.
Those who want to monitor group companies from one account with company-level permissions.
Those who want to receive and answer their clients' questions together with the related record.
All amounts and scores are calculated from the uploaded documents with repeatable rules. AI only explains these figures.
If data is missing, the screen shows “awaiting data”; no estimates are made.
Document uploads, approvals, exclusions and report downloads are written to an audit log. Excluded documents are never deleted.
Uploaded files are stored encrypted; file type is verified from content.
The assistant and document reading (OCR) are enabled with user consent; a company administrator can turn them off company-wide.
Privacy notice, consent history, personal data export and deletion request screens are available in the application.
